The “Many Women. Many Bodies” workshop is an invitation to explore and express your relationship with your body using art. It can be the opportunity to soften the way you perceive your body and transform the way you relate to it. It can also be an opportunity to clarify and deepen your understanding and your views regarding your femininity.
The workshop starts with a guided relaxation/ visualisation of about twenty minutes which allows you to connect with your body and how you feel within it from a space of loving kindness and acceptance. Thereafter, you will jot down your first impressions and then your will begin your creative process using a variety of materials, such as acrylic inks and paints and markers, pastels, watercolour, collages, etc. Once you have completed your work of art, you will end the session by writing your personal feedback regarding your experience.
