Saturday 7 December 2024. Art-therapy and creative expression workshop.
This workshop is an invitation to celebrate and assert your qualities and strengths by creating an original work of art, a source of inspiration for everyday life! Based on the concepts of reparation, resilience and the beauty of imperfection, all of great importance to the tradition of kintsugi, this workshop refers to the Japanese zen philosophy of “Wabi Sabi”, which questions the notion of perfection.
It starts with relaxation/visualisation centred on self-compassion and self-acceptance that will stimulate your creativity. Thereafter, you will create your unique work of art using pictures, acrylic paints and inks, gilding techniques including gold sheets.
