This class begins with a relaxation based on stress-relief techniques similar to MBSR.

There are numerous benefits to a regular relaxation practice. Results are sometimes almost immediate: a more peaceful and harmonious mind, better management of stress and anxiety, an increase in presence and concentration, a contented relationship with oneself-and others, and overall, an improved quality of life.

Thereafter, you are invited to express the feelings, sensations and/or thoughts which arose during your relaxation by creating a piece of art, generally in an art journal. Pastels, inks, watercolours and collages are at your disposal. By engaging creatively in such a manner, you have the opportunity to transform and embellish your daily life.

An art book can be purchased at the first workshop for CHF 16.-. It’s made of 240 gr/m² watercolour paper and is available in landscape shape (21 x 15 cm approx.).
