Workshop from Thursday 18 to Saturday 20 July, from 10 am to 1 pm.
Like Nicolas de Staël, we will experiment the technique of impasto painting, using with acrylic painting. The impasto style allows for colour to be deposited on the canvas in very thick layers using a brush, a knife or your fingers. This makes it possible to obtain different textures on the surface of the same painting. We will also create as the artist did, by working simultaneously on more than one canvas at a time.
