Unleash your creativity ! This workshop invites you to express yourself and paint freely in order to address and/or overcome a challenge or a difficulty related to your day to day life.
After a short relaxation/visualisation, you are guided to reflect upon a subject of interest related to your personal development. Using your introspection as a source of inspiration, you’re invited to produce a painting using acrylic paint, watercolour, ink and collage.
It is advised that you have an idea of the subject you wish to address during this workshop.
